Nima Brush #NimaParty14 Event

Nima Brush  event at
Krystal Nightclub, Dublin 2
Invitation to #NimaParty14
Two weeks ago I was lucky enough to get the chance to attend the Nima Brush event for the launch of the new Artistic collection and to celebrate the second birthday or Nima Brush. It was well worth the bus fare to Dublin for the night as it was a fantastic event and all for a great company. The event was held in The Pent House in Krystal nightclub in Dublin on the 23rd October 2014. It was the perfect for a small gathering of bloggers and family and friends of Niamh Martin (creator of Nima Brush) for the night. As you walked into the venue you were greeted with a bag full of goodies from many different brands and a complementary glass of red or white wine. Along with these goodies we all received an envelope containing a strip of raffle tickets and a €10 off voucher which you would either use on the night to purchase brushes or you could use it online at a later date. It is safe to say that it didn't last long because as soon as the brushes went on sale the other bloggers and I were down buying them.

Goodies from Nima Brush event 23/10/14

The goodie bag was full of amazing products and treats for us all to try out. In the bag there was a voucher and discount code for Totes Amazbags, samples of Kiehls lotions, a The Body Shop nail art tool, Nimue Element Barrier, Molton Brown hand wash and hand lotion, Rimmel bronzing compact powder, Sleek Cosmetics blush palette,  and Wet N Wild Coloricon glitter eyeshadow and eyeliner.

New Artistic Collection the "Patricia"
and the "Erin" brush from Nima Brush

On the night the new Artistic collection range was on sale and it was so hard to restrain myself and only buy two brushes as I just wanted to buy them all!
The collection has been designed with a duck egg blue handle and a gold shaft. I was very surprised when I picked one up and the handle was not as hard as I expected it to be, it is a sturdy but soft handle and it is so nice to hold and the bristles are so soft that I knew then I had to have these brushes in my life.
With this collection Niamh put a very personal touch on all the brushes which she did not have on the Elite collection, in the Artistic collection she named all the brushes after her friends and family! I think this is a lovely personal touch and it is easier to tell my boyfriend I want the "Georgie" brush than trying to describe it to him.
On the night I purchased the "Patricia" blending brush and the "Erin" face brush. As a true blogger I would not use these bushes until I got the chance to photograph them in all their newness (reviews of the brushes will be up soon).

The Starter Collection from
The Nima Bursh Elite Collection

Later on in the night came the raffle and there was a plethora of prizes ranging from hair vouchers, treatments, phones and numerous prizes of Nima Brushes. I have a feeling everyone in the room was dying to in the brush prizes and I was shocked when my number came out for the starter collection from the Elite collection. I comes in a Chanel inspired clutch case with seven brushes including:
Medium Powder Brush

Medium Duo fibre

Large Shader

Crease Blender

Pencil Smudge

Angled brow/liner

I have been lusting after this set since a blogger meet up back in April. I think this prize has set me off on wanting every single brush created by Nima Brush

From left to right: Nickki- Limes and Stars,
Me, Melise and Laura- moustache-mouth

On the night I met the lovely Laura of moustache-mouth , Nickki of Limes and Stars and Melise. I was so nice meeting people who are interested in the same things you are and you both looked fab girls! It is so nice to meet fellow bloggers and find new blogs to read and also put faces to names. Yeah, you can talk to fellow bloggers over twitter and through comments but it is always nice to meet them in person. Overall I had a fantastic night at the event and I met some lovely people and bloggers.

Make sure to check out the girls blogs and you can check out the full Nima Brush range on nimabrush.com.

xoxo
